- National and international trademark portfolio management.
- Trademark prosecution. From the conception of a trademark to the crafting of a uniquely tailored specification of goods and/or services.
- Assistance in the preservation of intellectual property rights, for example, by maintaining the validity of trademarks through renewals and statements of use, as well as clearing assignments or licensing opportunities.
- Negotiation and drafting of letters of consent and coexistence agreements.
- Trademark monitoring and opposition filings. Prevention of any possible losses of trademark registrations and their resulting risks.
- Analysis and creation of enforcement strategies. From the preparation of review appeals to the filing of nullity actions and amparo suits.
- Advice on advertising matters with a focus on risk prevention. Safeguarding the message is the objective, as long as the intellectual property rights of third parties are not affected.
- Protection of works requiring registration before the National Copyright Institute (INDAUTOR).
- Domain name registration and protection.
